State pharmacy law prohibits accepting returns of all prescription items and opened over-the-counter medications, so Vetsupplys will not accept returns on these items. Refunds will be net of all shipping expenses. Orders that are refused or returned without prior approval of Vetsupplys and without a return authorization number will not be issued any credit. If you submit your order to Vetsupplys.com you agree to be bound by the terms of the Vetsupplys.com return policy.     The following conditions apply to all returns, exchanges, and refunds:   1. All products must be returned in their original packaging unopened to receive a full refund.   2. The original receipt must accompany all refund/return items.   3.
